Partnerships

CARE Center Stakeholders

The CARE Center Stakeholders are community leaders and local nonprofits that informed the CARE Center process even before the Center was open. The Stakeholders developed the Center’s mission and vision, name and continue to meet monthly to share ideas about how the CARE Center can better serve the community.

CARE Center Service Providers

The CARE Center Service Providers are contracted providers that service CARE Center participants. Contracted Providers provide a wide variety of services, including, but not limited to, employment, pro-social activities, clothing, life skills, substance use treatment and, education and mentoring.

School Partners

The CARE Center is partnered with the Chula Vista Elementary School District/ Chula Vista Community Collaborative. Through this partnership, families from the school are referred to be assessed and connected with services
