IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, DIAL 9-1-1

If you believe your child may be at risk of becoming involved the wrong way in the juvenile justice system, here are some of the resources you and your child can use right now.

Community Assessment Teams

This is a prevention and intervention program for families with school age youth (5-18) who are at risk of entering or continuing in the juvenilce justice system. The San Diego County Probation Department contracts with five community-based organizations to provide services and referrals for services through this program.

Peer2Peer Lines

Peer Line Specialists provide education, information, referrals and support for children, teens, and young adults with mental health, substance abuse, or other concerns, and for caregivers of at-risk-youth.

San Diego Access and Crisis Line

For assistance 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, call the Access and Crisis Line, operated by OptumHealth with funding provided by the County of San Diego Health & Human Services Agency. A phone call will connect you with a compassionate counselor who is always standing by to provide hope and encouragement.
