Community Advisory Board

The Office of the District Attorney belongs to the people of San Diego County. In order to make her office more accessible to the community which it serves, Bonnie M. Dumanis established the San Diego District Attorney's Community Advisory Board.

The purpose of the board is to create an open dialogue between the office and the various communities throughout San Diego County. With an emphasis on diversity, the monthly meetings provide an opportunity for community members to bring their concerns about public safety and the criminal justice system directly to the DA.

The board was established in March 2004 and is co-chaired by DA Special Assistants for Community Relations Jesse Navarro and J.J. Anderson.

Board members, who are listed below, were selected for their proven leadership throughout the various communities of San Diego County and expertise in different areas.
